If you notice that the transport box is damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately by calling the number 0692250000 or via the email address office@ diline.com. If the load is undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier\u2019s address. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, to call you on the phone number you left when creating the order and contract on new delivery dates.
