Delivery conditions

After confirmation, the order enters status processing. After processing the order, we will inform you about the status of your order via email.

It usually takes 2-3 business days to process the order. The seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week for all orders placed on Fridays and weekends.

From that moment, the delivery time is three working days.

Taking delivery of the shipment

Couriers of Daily Express and DHL (external companies that deliver goods for Diline doo) bring the shipments to the delivery address from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. before picking up the load, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately by calling the number 0692250000 or via the email address office@ diline.com. If the load is undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier’s address. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, to call you on the phone number you left when creating the order and contract on new delivery dates. The shipment will be returned to us if you are still not found at the address.
